Future Farming Day at Carrolup – Featuring Bruce Maynard
Join RegenWA and for an interactive, fun and deeply thought provoking day at Carrolup with one of Australia’s leading agriculturalists, Bruce Maynard.
Bruce is one of the foremost innovators in Australian agriculture who not only presents breakthrough techniques but shows how he has implemented those on his own farm.
This full day workshop will cover topics including: No-kill cropping, stress-free stockmanship, self herding, fodder shrubs, agroforestry, genetics and epigenetics, alley farming, grassland grain and more.
About Bruce Maynard: Bruce is one of Australia’s most innovative Agricultural systems thinkers who shares his unique journey of implementing and inventing breakthrough land management techniques transforming his own farm at Narromine, NSW. Bruce invented the No Kill Cropping system, developed Stress Free Stockmanship and co-invented Self Herding. He travels Australia and overseas enjoying being a passionate and impartial voice in the promotion of agroecology that increases the diversity of communities and landscapes. What to bring: Clothes suitable for some outside activities, a sample of a ‘weed’ or problem plant from your property, a photo of your property/area (on phone or printed) and a re-usable keep cup to help reduce waste.
